At CKS Online, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your performance; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is unused and in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
